This is a 60's themed diner, that we came across by using a Groupon. Friendly service, comfort homemade food, great atmosphere with fun decorations. On each table there are card games and also a cabinet full of board games by the entrance, very fun and family friendly restaurant.

Chicken fried steak dinner with biscuit and country gravy $10.89

This burger place I've keep hearing people talk about it but have never had a chance to try it until recently.  This is a local burger place (only 2 in Las Vegas) that is Asian inspired - right up my alley! This is a sit down burger restaurant with a bar. We went to the original location in Green Valley on a Friday night. There was a few people waiting by the door and since we only had 2 people (plus Zoey), we were seated right the way at a small table. 

This place is AMAZING. I'm surprised not many people have heard about it. But this place is one of the highest rated burger place in Vegas on Yelp, just right below 1st place - Burger Bar inside Mandalay Bay. With 1172 reviews at 4 stars, you should definitely try it for yourself.

Oxtail Chili Cheese Fries - a very generous portion, definitely meant for sharing. $11.50

Miyagi-San Burger - Grass Fed beef, chili mayo, fried egg, fuikake (Japanese seaweed, sesame mix), caramelized bacon, crispy onion rings. $13

Ronion Burger - Caramelized onions, Japanese Cole Slaw, Miso Goma Dressing, Fried Egg, Katsu BBQ, Yuzu Citrus Aioli. $11

Everyone in Las Vegas know about Monta, one of the BEST ramen places here. No explanations needed. There's always a line out the door, they only service Ramen (no udon or anything else) and Fried Rice. Because that's what they do best. They just opened a second location in Henderson because this place has gotten so popular. A must try if you come to Vegas.

August Love with Food Box

I'm loving this! I always look forward each month to try out new snacks.

Here is what I got in this month's Love With Food box.

I believe this is suppose to be crunchy, but the package was sitting in my mailbox for couple days in 110+ heat, it became soft and chewy, the caramel had soaked through the wafel. But it was still really tasty. 

Have not tried this yet.

This has an interesting taste for sure, kind of like seaweed. I guess it's because of the organic sea salt?

We alway buy these snap pea snacks, they are delicious.

Mints, have not tried yet.

This was good but way too sweet for my taste, it's like eating nothing but sugar.

They also give you couple buy one get one free coupons in the box, for the Snap Pea crisps and the salsa. I think the only things I would repurchase are the Snap Pea and the Sahale Crunchers. But it's always fun to try new snacks!

This is also a monthly subscription program, there are plenty of coupon codes floating online if you do a search, and you can try this out, I got the 3 month subscription to try out. What I love about this is that for every sale they donate a meal to a hungry child. So every month you get to sample yummy snacks and feel good about giving to the community also!

Rebel Mary Peanuts - Bloody Mary flavored peanuts, very good!  I will be on the search for these!

I have heard about this Target Beauty Box from this blogger Nouveaucheap back in April so I ordered one right the way. It had just arrive in my mail box couple days ago.

What’s in the Beauty Box?
