We stopped by this burger place on our last night of our trip. From the outside it looked hip, trendy, overpriced. But once we stepped in, took a look at the menu, we were drawn in.  Everything in the restaurant is biodegradable.

They have a lot of options when it comes to their burgers. I got the B'Ham burger which is a burger topped with prosciutto, straw onions and a fried egg, on a homemade bun. It was delicious. Hubby got the regular bacon cheeseburger and a poutine (which we've been craving for this whole trip). It was good as well. Can't go wrong with a classic burger.

I like their condiments bar, besides your typical mustard and ketchup, they also have curry mayo and chiptole ketchup (my favorite!)

    Eggnog Shake - delicious!

    Poutine

    Bacon Cheeseburger

Din Tai Fung - Most delicious dumplings ever.

DinTaiFung established its reputation and have been highly praised by the media including being selected as one of the top ten restaurants in the world by the “New York Times”. It has also
been voted as the most favored dining place by political and commercial celebrities and is one of the must-see places for national and international stars.

If you are near LA or Seattle area, you HAVE got to try this dumpling house. We've been to the one in LA couple years back and I've been to the original location in Taiwan years ago. They are Taiwanese based and have locations throughout the world from Japan, Korea, Australia and Thailand.  So once we found out there are not only one but two locations in Seattle, we marked this on our calendars months before our trip back.

Upon walking up to the shop, you can see at least 15 workers from the see through window working on numerous dumping. They are all fresh made to order.

    Beef noodle soup

    Chicken Fried Rice
Our favorite dish, spicy pork & shrimp won tons.

    Soup dumplings with pork.

Everything was excellent. I don't believe they take reservations and there's always a line because they are that good. I would recommend avoid busy lunch/dinner hours. It's definitely worth the wait!
