Our Thanksgiving Dinner 我們的感恩節大餐

We celebrated Thanksgiving this year on a Friday. Kaelan prepared all the side dishes and dessert (I helped too). We decided not to do a turkey and did steaks instead. Everything was made from scratch and we were prepping for the whole day before. It was delicious meal and worth all the effort!

Here is what we had:

Home-Made French Bread

Searing a Roasted Chicken


Green Bean Casserole with Roasted Bell Peppers and Bacon, Topped with Fried Onions.

Mushroom Sauce for the Steak

Sweet Potato Puree with Roasted Garlic and Ginger

Roasted Root Vegetables (Turnip, Parsnip, Japanese Yams)

Dinner is served!

Chocolate Souffle with Blueberry Sauce
