This is the top rated Thai restaurant in Las Vegas, with 813 reviews at 4 Stars on Yelp. This has been on our list to try for a while. We went in for lunch on a Friday, they do not take reservations for lunch, I think it's because they have a lunch buffet going on, for $10 a person. The buffet looked ok, about 15-20 dishes but nothing really special, so we ordered off the regular menu.

It was hard to get a photo on the inside, so here a couple pictures I snapped quickly. From reading their reviews and the website, they are known for their wines and have won numerous awards for it. That's pretty rare for an ethnic restaurant, I gotta say.

It was pretty busy at lunch time, we arrive around 1 p.m., I'd say about 80% of the restaurant was full. We were able to get seated right the way.

Their menu was intensive... more than  pages of selection, and also a section just for Northern Style Thai Food, which is the chef/owner is known for. We ordered the Prik Ong off this Northern Menu to try. Which is a Northern Chili Dip, with a combination of ground pork, tomato, dried spices. Comes with side of steam vegetables and fried pork skin to dip with. The paste has a lot of flavors, and not spicy at all, it goes well with rice.

Here is what we ordered:

Green Curry $9.95

Prik Ong $9.95

Tom Yum Koong Soup Hot Pot $14.95

Beef Salad $11.95

Pork Satay $8.95

With drinks and tax the total comes to $68.37 Which is pretty reasonable price for Thai food. The food was delicious, and the staff was attentive and friendly. But I probably wouldn't drive 40 minutes all the way across town to come here, unless I am in the area. And just a note, the restaurant is located in a ghetto area of Vegas, so I wouldn't recommend coming here at night...
