I've been hearing about this breakfast joint in town that is known for their pancakes and have a spinoff of one of my favorite kind of cake of all time - Red Velvet. I had to check it out eventually.
We arrived around 1:30 pm in a Saturday afternoon. The place was packed with about 8 people waiting for seats. It's located in a quiet strip mall with one other restaurant, it's very unnoticeable if you were just driving by.
Upon walking in there is a board saying the estimated wait time is no more than 45 minutes. The place is small, probably seats no more than 40 people.  The staff and hostess were friendly told us there is a 35 minute wait, of course we waited because we drove 30 minutes just to get breakfast here. Luckily we got seated in about 10 minutes.
Whoever thought of the combination of Asian & American breakfast food joint is a genius.
They got their pancakes inspirations from cupcakes and of course I ordered the most well-known one, thee Red Velvet Pancakes - topped with fresh whipped cream and chocolate crumbles. Served with cream cheese syrup!
Here are some examples of their menu items:
Pancake:
Honey Whole Wheat
Strawberry
Banana
Blueberry
Carrot Cakes
S'more, Chocolate Chip
Red Velvet
Lemon Ricotta
PB & ?? (Peanut Butter batter with your choice of banana, chocolate, or jelly butter spread).

Breakfast Favorites: (all served with your choice of 2 buttermilk pancakes or toast and hash browns, potatoes, or scoop of rice!)
Country Fried Steak & Eggs
Corned Beef Hash & Eggs
Portugese Sausage & Eggs
Ham or Spam & Eggs

Other than the usual breakfast favorites like Omelettes, Crepes, they also have Hawaiian specialties like Adobo Fried Rice, Loco Moco, Spam Scramble, and Kalua Pig Benedict.  I wanted to order everything on the menu but my stomach only holds so much.
Here is what we got:
Pancake Menu

Kalua Pig Benedict $9.75

Honey Toast - topped with powdered sugar, cinnamon, honey and whipped cream. $7.95

Red Velvet Pancakes! $5.75

A side of Portuguese Sausages
